Description

Beach Lea is an early 19th century house featuring two storeys and an attic. The main section has three bays with a central door, while there is a two-storey, two-bay wing on the west gable. The exterior is harled with ashlar margins. The central door is located in the three-bay section, and there is a door in the right bay of the wing. The house has 12-pane sash windows and two piended wallhead dormers on the main house, with one dormer on the wing. It has end stacks and a slate roof.
