Seabank House, 49 Seabank, Fishertown, Cromarty

Seabank House, located at 49 Seabank in Fishertown, Cromarty, is a house dating from the late 18th to early 19th century. It is two storeys high with a dormerless attic and features three bays with a central door, oriented with its gable end facing the street. The building is constructed of rubble, with the front elevation rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, and has painted margins. It includes 12-pane glazing, with two full-size windows and one small attic window in the gable. The roof is covered with slate. Additionally, there is a coursed rubble garden wall topped with a coping, and the entrance is marked by painted ashlar gate piers that have banded ball finials.
