Circa 1810. 2 storey, 2-bay, rectangular-plan houses. Large gabled dormers. Coursed Caithness stone slabs. Regular fenestration, irregular to rear.

NO 12: N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: Plate glass shop front to ground.

NO 13: N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: door to left.

INTERIOR: not seen 2001.

Plate glass windows. Grey slates, coped gable stacks, cast-iron rainwater goods.
