Description

12 and 13 Breadalbane Terrace, along with 11A, are two-storey, two-bay houses built around 1810. They have a rectangular plan and feature large gabled dormers. The exterior is made of coursed Caithness stone slabs, with regular window arrangements on the front and an irregular layout at the rear.

For No. 12, the principal elevation includes a plate glass shop front at ground level. No. 13 has a door located to the left on its principal elevation.

The interior was not seen in 2001. The buildings also have plate glass windows, grey slate roofs, coped gable stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods.
