Description
37 Breadalbane Terrace in Wick is a pair of two-storey, two-bay terraced houses designed by Thomas Telford around 1840. They have a rectangular plan with a shared bay for the pend located at the center. The exterior is finished with coursed Caithness stone slabs and features regular window arrangements, although the returns are blind and the rear is irregular.
For No. 37, the principal elevation has the door positioned to the right. In contrast, No. 38 has its door on the left and includes a modern box dormer on the left side.
The interiors were not seen in 2001. The houses are fitted with plate glass tilt and turn windows, have grey slate roofs, coped gable stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods.
