Description

The Cameron Obelisk, built in 1847, is a grey granite structure made of ashlar stone. It stands on a square corniced plinth and is supported by a stepped base. On the south face, there is a red polished ashlar plaque, while the west side features a carved wreath. Additionally, there is a second plaque commemorating Ian Alastair Campbell, although the date on this plaque is worn and difficult to read.
