12 Manse Street is an earlier 19th century two-storey and attic dwelling featuring three bays. The building has paired centre doors and is constructed from coursed rubble with tooled margins, which are painted at the ground floor level. It includes one piended dormer with original six-pane glazing specific to No 12. The property has end stacks and a slate roof.
