775-777 Pollokshaws Road is a mid 19th century, three-storey tenement featuring classical details. The building is constructed of stone-cleaned ashlar, with a channelled ground floor that houses shops at either end. The northern shop has art nouveau detailing on its window frames. Above the shops, there are single windows with consoled hoods on the first floor, positioned between a cill band and an entablature on the second floor. The sash windows have a four-pane glazing pattern. The architectural detailing, including the doorcases, is also repeated on the flanks of the building. The end and wall-head stacks are rendered or repaired, and the roof is modern tiled.
