Description
The Winter Gardens, located at 595 Tollcross Road in Glasgow, is a conservatory built around 1858, possibly at the same time as Tollcross House. It features a Latin-cross plan with a dome at the crossing and apsidal ends. The structure is made of cast iron and glass, supported by scroll-console buttresses.
