Description
This building, located at 3, 5, and 7 Crow Road in Glasgow, dates from around 1860 and is a three-storey classical tenement with modern shops on the ground floor along Dumbarton Road and the first five return bays. The structure features 13 by 16 bays, with the fourth and tenth bays from the east being blind on Dumbarton Road, and the second and thirteenth bays being blind on Crow Road. It is constructed of polished ashlar and has sash and case windows set within architraves. The ground floor has a cornice, while the first floor includes a cill band, with windows that are alternately pedimented or corniced. The second floor has plain windows and a cornice. At the top, there is a tall parapet with wallhead stacks that break through, and the building is topped with a slate roof and axial stacks.
