Description
St Vincent Masonic Halls, built in 1904 by Sinclair and Ballantine, serve as Masonic Halls in a Renaissance style. The building occupies a prominent corner site and features a semi-domed, tall apsidal end, constructed from rock-faced red ashlar with slated and copper roofs. The main hall is located at the upper level, with additional rooms below. The flank elevations are not identical; the side facing Overnewton Street has triple gablets that break the eaves, while the side facing Haugh Road includes an ogee domed feature that extends above the eaves. There are iron railings in front of the apse along the street.
