67, 69, 71, and 73 Elmbank Street in Glasgow is a four-storey classical tenement building designed by Horatio K Bromhead around 1870, featuring modern shops at ground level. The building is constructed of polished ashlar, with some areas painted. It has a total of 21 bays, including a canted, recessed corner bay, and 8 bays along the main facade.

The ground floor is adorned with a continuous mutule cornice, and there is also a mutule cornice at the eaves. All windows are sash and case, framed in architraves, with predominantly 12-pane glazing. The 4th, 11th, 12th, and 18th bays from the east on Sauchiehall Street are blind, as is the first return bay. The first-floor window features a cill band with consoles, a blocked frieze decorated with rosettes, dentils, and a cornice. The second-floor windows have a cornice that breaks forward over consoles, with a blind balustrade linking the moulded cill band. The third-floor windows are plain, with cills and corbels.

The building has central stacks and one scrolled, corniced wallhead stack facing Sauchiehall Street, which has been reduced, along with three stacks on the return side. The roof is covered with slate.
