Courtside, High Street, Falkland

Courtside, located on High Street in Falkland, is a building with two distinct sections. The east section dates from around 1840 and is a single-storey structure featuring two windows and a central door. It is constructed from stugged rubble with droved dressings and has a pantiled roof.

The west section, built in the late 19th century, is also single-storey with an attic. It is made of snecked rubble with margins and includes two segmentally arched bipartite windows along with a central door. The roof is slated and features two canted dormers that are built out to square and gabled shapes, as well as a small central dormer, all of which have barge-boarding. Additionally, there is a single-storey garage with a piend roof that is set back from the main building. This garage is constructed from rubble that has been partly repaired with brick and has a pantiled roof.
