Mr Gardner's Cottage is an 18th-century building that has been altered over time. It is a single-storey structure with four windows, two of which are later bipartite designs. The exterior is finished in stucco and features Victorian stop-chamfered margins. The roof is covered with pantiles, and there are pantiled outhouses on the property. Some windows have been reglazed.
