Description
Kilrenny Parish Church features a northwest tower dating from the 15th century, constructed of plain rubble with a corbelled parapet and a slated spire added in the 16th century. The church was rebuilt by Alexander Leslie of Largo between 1807 and 1808, presenting a plain Gothick design with quoined ashlar in a rectangular shape. The south front has four windows, while the north side has two, with original glazing preserved only on the north side. Obelisk finials adorn the peaks of the gables. A remodelled and crow-stepped porch was added in 1932, designed by James Gillespie and Scott of St Andrews.
