Description

Bluestane House, located at 5 Marketgate in Crail, was built in 1812, as indicated on the skew end. This two-storey building features three windows and is constructed from droved ashlar stone with margins. The back of the house has a crowstepped design and is covered with a slate roof. There is also a pantiled outbuilding, and the garden wall is made from "blue stane" stone.
