The West Section of the building on Brunton Street in Falkland is an early 19th-century structure featuring two windows and a central door. It is constructed from rubble with painted chamfered margins and has a pantiled roof. The East Section is a single-storey addition with two windows, finished with dry dash harling and also has a pantile roof.
