Description

Kinnaird is a farmhouse dating to approximately 1820. It is a two-story structure built of coursed squared and droved rubble, with droved ashlar dressings and a gabled slated roof. It features ashlar end stacks with a cavetto cornice. The south front has three bays, with a central doorway. A later square projecting section with a side entrance and a single front window has been added, incorporating droved ashlar, block and pin detailing, a cornice, and a blocking course. The upper floor has lying panes, while the ground floor has twelve-pane sash windows. Single-story, gabled slated outshots extend to the rear, alongside a modern single-story extension to the northeast.
