Description
Pettycur Harbour in Kinghorn was rebuilt in 1791 and restored in 1983. It features a squared rubble pier with stone steps on the northwest side and a curved end that protects the natural inlet. The higher outer wall to the south is semi-derelict. At the pier-head, there is a cast-iron capstan inscribed with 'Anderson, Leith Walk Foundry, 1813'. To the northwest of the pier, a squared rubble sea-wall extends along Pettycur Bay.
