Description
1 Gregory Place in St Andrews is a two-storey building with an attic, dating from around 1870. It features a four-window facade, with two of the windows being bipartite. The exterior is constructed from snecked stugged rubble and is topped with a slate roof. Additionally, there are two gabled masonry dormers that enhance its architectural character.
