Description
This is a circa 1840 building of ashlar construction, originally with seven windows. The stonework is stugged at the first floor level, and the windows contain original glazing. The roof is slated. At the rear, a lower back building is constructed of whin rubble and features hoist gablets on the first floor. It incorporates semi-elliptical and segmental arches. The listing recognizes the building’s group value, and applies to both the interior and exterior. The statutory address is 18 Main Street, Colinsburgh, and encompasses a cafe restaurant, Craigdene and Cruachan, alongside a garage and store located on the east side of North Wynd at the rear.
