Description
Sunnyside, located on South Street in Elie, is an early 19th-century building. It is two storeys high with an attic and features a three-window front made of droved ashlar stone with margins. The entrance has an architraved doorpiece topped with a cornice. There is also a later addition of a corbelled oriel window on the first floor, and the roof is slated.
