Description
12 South Street in Elie is a row of three houses built in the early 19th century. Each house is two storeys high and has three windows. The exterior is made of coursed rubble with droved dressings and a slated roof. The original woodwork features cable-moulded scroll-skews. House number 18 has a two-window projected front with a peind roof. The rear elevations are harled and have been partly altered, but there is a large original canted bay at number 16.
