Description
19 South Street in Elie is a building dating from around 1860, although it has been modernised since then. It is a two-storey structure with a column-washed harl finish and margins. The building features piended dormerheads, a pantiled roof, and crowstepped gables. The most notable aspect of the building is the doorway that remains from "Muckle Yett," which is quite weathered. This doorway includes console pilasters and a keyblocked lintel, which is likely from 1682.
