Description
3 Harbour Place in Burntisland is a late 19th-century, recently renovated, three-storey symmetrical tenement. It features harl with painted margins, stone mullions, and ashlar crowsteps.
The west elevation, which serves as the entrance, has a door at the center flanked by small bipartite windows in the outer bays. The first and second floors each have outer bipartite windows and inner single windows, with the second-floor windows located in crowstepped gabled dormers.
At the rear, there is a pitch-roofed, crowstepped stair tower that projects to the left. The building has plate glass glazing in sash and case windows, with two uPVC windows on the first floor to the left. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks with cans.
