Description
This is an early 19th century cottage, originally designed as a pair of dwellings. The front facade features two windows and two central doorways. A piended outbuilding projects from the east gable and is partially lean-to. The walls are constructed of rubble and are covered with pantiles. The building has been re-categorised from B to C(S) in 2006, reflecting its group value and significance within the surrounding area. The listing applies to both the interior and exterior of the cottages, as appropriate for their type. The statutory address is Cottages (Findlay and Hill), Lady Wynd.
