Description

The Brae, located in the West End of Letham, is a building dating from around 1900. It stands two storeys tall and features three bays. The exterior is constructed from coursed and squared whin rubble, accented with contrasting yellow ashlar long and short dressings. The central entrance door is flanked by canted ground floor windows in the outer bays. On the first floor, there are three windows, all of which are plate glass sashes. The building has end stacks and a piended and platform roof with projecting eaves.
