Description
3 Routine Row is a late 18th century single-storey, three-bay traditional terraced cottage located in the East Neuk. It features a central door and a small monopitch extension at the rear. The street-facing (south) elevation is finished with white painted lined-out render, and the openings are stop-chamfered.
The cottage has a pantiled pitched roof, which includes single modern rooflights on both the street and garden sides. There is a single skewputt that has been incorporated into Edina Cottage to the east. The street elevation showcases 12-pane timber sash and case windows, with a pair of windows at the bottom right that contain two crown glass 'bullseye' panes.
The interior has been modernised.
