Description

Small 18th century with late 20th century alterations and additions. 2-storey, 3-bay square-plan house with rear addition creating L-plan. Rendered, plain surrounds to openings.

NW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: asymmetrical elevation. Centred door, date stone above 'WW IM 1745?, ground floor window to right. 1st floor windows to right and left.

NE ELEVATION: attached to 59 High Street.

SE ELEVATION: modern 2-storey gabled wing with single storey lean-to outshot. Modern fenestration.

SW ELEVATION: attached to 55 High Street.

Modern timber boarded door, modern 12-pane timber sash and case windows. Pitched roof, grey slate eaves easing course, modern red interlocking tiles. Remnants of original raised coped skew to SW. Replacement raised coped skew to NE. Replacement coped gable apex stack with circular cans to SW.
