Description

Braeside is a late 18th century building, with later alterations, located off Jubilee Crescent, Newton of Falkland. It is a single-storey, two-window structure to the south, with a modern addition to the north. The exterior is finished with harl and features a pantile roof. The building has been significantly altered, especially on the north side. It is listed at Grade C primarily for its group value, recognising its contribution to the character of the surrounding area, and this designation applies to both the interior and exterior.
