Description

Garden House, located at 6 The Terrace in Elie, dates back to the mid-18th century. This building is two stories tall, with an attic and basement, and features three bays. It is constructed of rubble with painted margins and has a railed forestair that leads to a doorpiece framed by a pedimented Gibbs surround. The roof is slated and includes three piended dormers, which have been altered and extended in the 19th century. Additionally, there is a gable addition with a bay window, and shallow corbelled bays have been added to the ground floor.
