Description

The farmhouse at Pitcorthie Mains dates from 1771. It is a two-storey, three-window structure with a blind addition to the south. A west channel-jointed doorpiece has been built up. There is a two-window wing to the east. The farmhouse is constructed of whin rubble with sandstone dressings and a slate roof. An adjoining section of steading has a pantiled roof.
