Description

The bridge over Keithing Burn on King Street in Inverkeithing was built in 1815 and has undergone alterations in the later 19th and 20th centuries. It features a single span with a round arch made of random rubble and dressed voussoirs. The bridge has a later raised rubble parapet topped with droved ashlar coping. It was widened to the north, incorporating reinforced concrete construction. Adjacent to the northeast corner are the remains of former mill buildings.
