Description

The bridge over Alyth Burn on Bamff Road was built in 1829, as indicated by the date on the string course. It features a single segmental arch constructed from rubble, with dressed voussoirs. The approaches to the bridge are wider and have a curved splay, and there is a choked semi-circular flood arch on the southern approach. A modern parapet rail has been added.
