Description

Kirkton House is a 16th-century ruin that originally had a rectangular plan with a circular tower projecting from the northwest angle. Currently, only the northern wall and parts of the return walls remain, and the site is heavily overgrown. There are traces of a courtyard, which includes a semi-circular arch on the north side.
