Description

12 Greenside Place in St Andrews is a building dating from around 1800, with renovations made around 1920. It is two stories high and features three windows, constructed from droved ashlar stone. The entrance has a simple pilaster doorpiece with a rectangular fanlight above it. The roof is broad-eaved and has a bell-cast design, covered with tiles.
