Description

17 College Street in St Andrews is a building dating from around 1800. It is three storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is made of ashlar stone, with the first and second floors having a droved finish, while the ground floor is painted. The building has raised quoins at the northern end and is topped with a slated roof.
