Description

The tomb at Boulterhall features the remains of a vaulted chamber. The entrance door has a truncated pediment stone that is dated 1647 and includes a shield with the initials AN, which stand for Alexander Nairne of Sandfuird. There is a rhyming inscription, but it is now illegible.
