Description

Burnside Cottage is a small croft built in the early 19th century. It is a single-storey structure with two windows and a later added central porch. The cottage is constructed from whin rubble with sandstone dressings and has a slated roof. It is connected to a byre that projects towards the road, which has a pantiled roof and features pigeon holes in the gable.
