1939-40. Large corrugated iron rectangular plan former Aircraft Painting Hangar on deep brick base course. Large sliding metal doors on projecting sliding gear to E elevation. Broad band of multi-pane metal windows above brick base course to S, W and N elevations. Ventilation louvres to gables. Low flat roofed brick outshot to N.
