Description
The Royal Bank of Scotland, located at 2 High Street in Falkirk, was designed by Peddie and Kinnear in 1879. This building features a Scottish baronial picturesque style and is situated on a corner site. It is three stories tall with dormer windows facing High Street and two stories plus an attic on Newmarket Street. The design includes a gabled shape with an oriel bay on the first and second floors at the corner. The exterior is constructed from snecked rubble and has a slated roof.
