Description
Polnoon Bridge, located over the Polnoon Water on Millhall Road in Eaglesham, is a single segmental arch bridge constructed in the early 19th century. The bridge features rubble stonework with dressed voussoirs. It was widened in 1907, and the parapets have been repaired using concrete. Due to these alterations, the bridge is unrecognisable from one side, and it has been rendered with cement.
