Description
12 Cheapside Street in Eaglesham is a single-storey double cottage that is harled and has a slated roof, with later additions of dormer windows. The windows have been altered from their original design. Attached to No 12 is a small outbuilding that is also single-storey, constructed of rubble with a painted finish and a slated roof. This outbuilding features octagonal chimneys, two doors, and a flagstoned floor.
