Cheapside House, located at 6 Cheapside Street in Eaglesham, is a two-storey building featuring three symmetrical bays and single-storey flanking wings. The exterior is finished in painted stucco with back fillets. The main block includes a string course and an arched doorpiece topped with a pediment supported by consoles. The building is topped with slated piend roofs.
