Description

The Bridge of Craigisla is a single segmental arch bridge constructed from rubble, featuring gothic vermiculated voussoirs. An inset stone indicates that it was built in 1819. The parapets were rebuilt and the approaches were widened in 1862. The bridge has a picturesque appearance and has undergone major repairs that include the use of steelwork.
