3, 4, 5, and 6 Stoneypath Farm Cottages are mid-19th century farm cottages with later 19th century additions at the rear. They form a symmetrical row of four, three-bay, single-storey cottages from the improvement era. The cottages are built from squared and snecked red rubble sandstone, featuring stugged ashlar dressings with droved borders.

Each cottage has a doorway at the center facing the roadside, flanked by windows. The doors are boarded and have two-pane fanlights above them. The three northernmost cottages have harled pentice roofed extensions to the center and right bays at the rear, while the remaining cottage has a door to the left and a window to the right. The end gables are blank.

The roofs are covered with pantiles and have coped skews. The end stacks are made of stone, while the stacks at the mutual gables are brick. Currently, the windows are boarded up.
