Description

Cathcart Hall in Knowehead, Dalmellington, was originally a parish church built between 1766 and 1846. It was restored and converted into a church hall in 1887. The building features creamwashed plaster with grey painted dressings. It has a central projecting gable porch topped with a finial and is flanked by two tall windows. There are also recent one-storey additions at the rear.
