30 Victoria Road in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, is a building designed by Charles Ower and Charles G Soutar in 1903. It serves as a single storey and attic lodge, coach house, and stables, featuring a rectangular plan. The structure is built with bull-faced masonry and has ashlar dressings with chamfered reveals, topped by a red tile roof. The lodge includes sash and case windows, with a 4-pane design at the top sash and a top-hopper window in the coach house. The gables are half-timbered and harled, with plain bargeboards, bracketed eaves, and moulded stacks that mostly retain their original terracotta cans.

On the west elevation, the lodge has a three-bay design, featuring a central door with a fanlight, rectangular projecting tripartite windows with side-lights on either side, and two finialled bipartite piended dormers with a lunette in the center.

The south elevation of the coach house has doors at the center flanked by windows, a jettied gable with a hayloft door and hoist above, a window on the left in a linking bay to a blank gable at the far left, and a window in the piend-roof bay at the far right.

The property is marked by two ashlar square-section gatepiers that are chamfered to octagonal and tapered shapes, topped with octagonal caps.
