92 High Street in Lockerbie is a three-storey building dated 1896, featuring Scots Baronial architectural details that complement the adjoining town hall. The structure has two crow-stepped gables and a conical-roofed turret at the southwest corner, which is corbelled above the ground floor. It is constructed from stugged and snecked red ashlar with polished dressings. The ground floor accommodates shops, with a near-centre round-arched doorway. Above, there are mullioned and single windows, all with transoms at the first floor. The upper sashes are mostly four-paned, while the lower sashes are made of plate glass. The second floor includes a stone-bracketted balcony beneath the wide left gable, and there is a prominent wallhead stack alongside. The building features end stacks and is topped with slate roofs.
