Description
118 Queen Street in Castle Douglas is an early 19th-century terrace consisting of three single-storey cottages with attics, each featuring two bays. Number 114 has modern harling, while numbers 116 and 118 are finished with painted rubble and have raised margins. The cottages are fitted with sash and case windows that have 12-pane glazing. Numbers 114 and 116 include later additions of dormers. The roofs are covered with slate and feature end and axial stacks. At the rear, there are single-storey wings made of painted rubble.
