Description
6 Fleet Street is a pair of late 18th century, two-storey, two-bay terraced houses. Number 6 is harled, while Number 8 has a modern roughcast finish, likely over brick walling. Both houses feature shallow segmental arch openings. The ground floor includes a central pend door that provides access to the rear, flanked by doorways leading into the houses and outer windows. All doors are modern.
On the first floor, there are four windows, all of which are sash and case. Number 6 has a 12-pane glazing pattern, whereas Number 8 features a 6-pane upper sash with plate glass in the lower section.
The houses have slate roofs with sandstone ridges and substantial coped stacks.
